Kristen N. Conley is a highly experienced information technology professional with broad leadership experience in overseeing large-scale EMR implementations and optimization, system integration, strategic planning and project management. Over the past three decades, she has held progressively complex leadership roles and cultivated a comprehensive understanding of information systems and hospital operations.

Kristen brings dual expertise to the ECPC team: A talent for creating and standardizing processes as well as experience developing people and organizational culture. Kristen is passionate about delivering quality results with a steady focus on both process improvement and client satisfaction. She is also part of the team involved in operationalizing ECPC’s support of new physician practice clients and setting up private, on-site provider laboratories.
