Professional Background

Kristen Conley joined Eastern Connecticut Pathology Consultants in 2019. She is an accomplished information technology professional with broad leadership experience in overseeing large-scale EMR implementations and optimization, system integration, strategic planning and project management. Over the past three decades, she has held progressively complex leadership roles and cultivated a comprehensive understanding of information systems and hospital operations.

Kristen brings dual expertise to the ECPC team:  a talent for creating and standardizing processes as well as experience developing people and organizational culture. Kristen is enthusiastic about delivering quality results with a steady focus on both process improvement and client satisfaction. She plays an integral role in overseeing and implementing all ECPC’s information technology components necessary to set up private, on-site provider laboratories.
