Mary T. Parisi, MD, FCAP, FASDP

Professional Background:

Dr. Mary Parisi is a board-certified dermatopathologist with over two decades of clinical, academic, and consulting experience. She earned her BA in Biopsychology from Mount Holyoke College, completed her pre-med requirements at Columbia University, and earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine (Drexel University). Following residency training in Pathology at New York University (NYU) Medical Center, she completed fellowships in Surgical Pathology at NYU, and Dermatopathology at Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Parisi has held faculty and teaching appointments at NYU Winthrop Hospital, SUNY Stony Brook University, Nassau University Medical Center, Cornell University School of Medicine, New York University School of Medicine, and Hahnemann University School of Medicine, where she was recognized as a valued educator and academic conference consultant. In addition to her longstanding clinical practice, she has been actively engaged in community outreach, delivering dermatopathology education and skin health lectures to both medical professionals and the public.

Currently, Dr. Parisi serves as a dermatopathology consultant at DermPath Consultations, as well as Medical Director of Laboratory and Digital Dermatopathologist at Bodian Dermatology Group and Medical Day Spa. She also maintains staff roles with Northwell Health Department of Dermatology. She is an active member of the College of American Pathologists, the American Society of Dermatopathology, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Morgagni Medical Society.
