ECPC Announces Recipients of 2022 Scholarship Award

MANCHESTER

At Eastern Connecticut Pathology Consultants, we view ourselves as being closely connected to the communities in which we practice.  As part of our continued interest in and commitment to these communities, we established a high school scholarship program aimed at recognizing excellence in students planning to pursue careers in a variety of healthcare fields, including medicine, nursing, healthcare administration, clinical laboratory sciences, healthcare informatics and veterinary sciences.

This year, ECPC extended our scholarship opportunity to Manchester, Rockville and Waterbury High Schools. We were very impressed with all of the applicants, their personal stories and academic achievements. Determining the recipients of the ECPC Scholarships was quite a difficult decision.

That being said, we are proud to announce eight recipients of ECPC's 2022 High School Scholarship Awards, with each student receiving a check for $2500.  The awardees are listed below in alphabetical order:

Kaitlyn Basant - Waterbury Career Academy
Christine Costin – Rockville High School
Evi Duro – John F. Kennedy High School
My Kim Lai Huyen – Rockville High School
Sophie Light – Manchester High School
Amina Mukutar – Crosby High School
Saad Siddique – Manchester High School
Keegan Soulliere – Waterbury Career Academy
