Hematopathologist (AP/CP) with partnership potential

Eastern Connecticut Pathology Consultants (ECPC), an independent physician practice is looking to hire a pathologist with AP/CP board certification and subspecialty interest in hematopathology. Interested candidates will be required to take the lead in their subspecialities but also sign out general surgical pathology. Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are preferred; however, individuals straight out of fellowship will also be considered. Apart from routine sign outs, the hematopathology candidate will also be required to sign out FISH and flow cytometry.

About the Practice

ECPC is a rapidly growing pathology group of highly motivated pathologists with diverse sub-speciality interests, covering several community hospitals with active cancer programs, ambulatory surgery centers and medical school affiliations in Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts. The interested candidate should be able to cover diverse settings like community hospitals and a growing outreach program in collaboration with patient centered multi-speciality physician groups.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant group of pathologists with broad expertise and should possess the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and service while working collaboratively with clinical colleagues and staff.
